Rehabilitation is built into the plan, not treated as a separate service. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy are available on-site for both short-term recovery and long-term strength and independence, with goals shaped around what matters to the resident.
Licensed nurses are on-site, supported by certified nursing assistants who provide day-to-day care. Every resident has a physician-directed care plan, reviewed and adjusted regularly as needs change,
Your care plan and coordination with outside physicians and specialists are handled by the same team, keeping every part of a resident’s treatment working from one consistent plan.
Progress is reassessed regularly, so therapy keeps pace with how a resident is actually doing rather than following a fixed schedule.
Nutrition is clinical care as much as it is a meal. A registered dietitian oversees menus and individual nutrition plans, accommodating therapeutic diets and personal preferences alike, and dining staff are trained to catch early signs that something else may need attention.
Social workers support residents and families through the non-medical parts of care — coverage and paperwork, discharge planning, and simply having someone to talk to as everyone adjusts.
Quality of life matters alongside clinical quality. An activities program keeps residents engaged physically, socially, and mentally, with a schedule that adapts to individual interests and ability. Spiritual care and family involvement are treated as part of overall wellbeing — not an afterthought to treatment, but part of what care actually means here.
